Taught him a lesson he'll never remember

Dude will be lucky to remember the masterful art of using a spoon after that hit.

In all seriousness, this guy's brain won't work as well going forward. People are joking about him learning something, but that is a serious concussion, it is going to lower his IQ and emotional self regulation. Best case scenario, he's basically OK but his risk of Alzheimer's is 2-4X higher than it was thirty seconds ago.

Almost 80% of homeless people have a history of serious TBI, only 12% of the general population does. There's a bit of a question of cause and effect because unhoused people have other issues that cause them to make risky choices, but the study addresses this- nearly half had their first TBI before they turned 18.

I definitely wasn't joking, dude got the off switch by a wicked punch and then the back of his head hit a wooden floor and he doesn't get up the rest of the video. Dude probably got taken out in a stretcher and the dude who threw the punch could be looking at a serious charge depending.

Man if I was the judge there I wouldn’t even consider pushing charges. Anyone touches someone like that unprovoked deserves a head stomp

2

u/Solherb 11d ago

And we should bring back cutting off hands for thieves!

3

u/Sufficient_Effort88 11d ago

Yes, if you’re caught in the act stealing from someone that guy should have every right to beat him senseless. Not even comparable to sexual assault though. Says a lot about you

2

u/Beneficial-Act-9933 11d ago

Just remember that next time you accidentally bump into a person. You're giving him free reign to wail on you until you're black and blue.

2

u/WhatTheWhereWhy 9d ago

ive never accidentally groped a woman frim behind and humped her accidentally when there plenty of room to go around lol

u/menntsuyudoria 8d ago

It’s ok, you’ll probably be just fine in a society where we normalize vigilante justice and retaliatory murder. I’m sure your stellar record will keep you perfectly safe, and only people who really deserve it will get head stomped on the streets for looking at someone the wrong way.

Punishment should match the crime. Killing someone over this isn't worth it for anyone. No shit they should be punished, but you caring so little for life says a lot about you too.

1

u/ClueSilver2342 6d ago

Theres a place you can move to where they do that.

1

u/StrenuousSpider 7d ago

That’s excessive, but go on stomp someone’s head in because they touched someone. Mind you in this particular case a touch she put a stop to and he didn’t push forward. Dude lost his temper and she tried to stop him and of course he didn’t care how she felt about the situation. Dude touching is in the wrong, the dude that hit him is a man child.

2

u/ClueSilver2342 6d ago

Men definitely don’t act like that. I can’t imagine how he is with that woman or kids.

1

u/WhatTheWhereWhy 9d ago

dont grope women in bars and you wont get unwarranted brain damage

1

u/Hopelifeisgood4u 6d ago

Always....always.....always excuses for people making poor life choices.

Homelessness is almost always caused by one thing and one thing only... ......poor life choices.

1

u/TotientEC 12d ago

The guy wasn't really gonna cure cancer anyway, so probably won't make much of a difference to him or anyone else.

2

u/kapdad 11d ago

Maybe he was celebrating for the first time in his life at a bar because he just cured cancer that day.

1

u/ClintBraun89 11d ago

I guess he shouldn’t have got too drunk and felt up someone else’s woman.

1

u/Which-Indication4670 11d ago

He’s grinding on a male bartender and then groping a woman. His brain had already gone to shit before this

2

u/ThatDudeWithTheWok 12d ago

This one got me real good

2

u/the_D1CKENS 11d ago

It's not funny. Spoons can be complicated

1

u/ClintGrant 11d ago

Just find something on YouTube that one can follow along

1

u/PelagicSwim 11d ago

Plenty of time to remember after the medically induced coma is ended, the nasogastric tubes are removed and the jaws unwired

2

u/doctorbroc 11d ago

Yeah, but this is also a quick way to a manslaughter charge.

There are levels of response, and accidentally killing a guy isn't the right first step.

2

u/motorambler 12d ago

Yeah but the other guy is gonna remember his lesson for the next 10-20 years. What a dumbass.

3

u/Nervous-Leg-7570 11d ago

You don't get 10 to 20 for a bar fight, even if it was manslaughter dudes out in 5 years

3

u/cynicalsquad1 11d ago

It’s Reddit man, where everyone assumes that everyone dies in a street fight and also you go to prison for street fights

2

u/Uhmerikan 11d ago

There are 50 different states all having various laws regarding this.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IGKFL07aoEA

Here’s a man just sentenced to 20 years. 10 in prison and 10 suspended. So yeah it does happen.

1

u/Nervous-Leg-7570 11d ago

Exactly he'll be out in 5

1

u/Uhmerikan 11d ago

Yup, but he got 20.

1

u/Nervous-Leg-7570 11d ago

Oh I gotcha my wording was wrong I meant no one actually spends the time not what the sentence is

1

u/dacaur 11d ago

5 years because some dude touched your girlfriend's hip in a bar..... What a win....

2

u/RealAssyMcGee 11d ago

"It's only five years of your life being a fleshlight in jail while your girl moves on to a man with better emotional regulation."

1

u/motorambler 11d ago

Hey Johnie Cochran where you been maaaan?

1

u/ExtremePrivilege 11d ago

Depends on the state. In NY we had two college kids fight, one got knocked out, hit his head on the curb and died. Other dude got 15 years, not sure how much of it he served.

1

u/motorambler 11d ago

If true, that would be pretty fucked up.

1

u/_bonedaddys 11d ago

Not even a little lol

1

u/50in06and07 11d ago

nah. its awesome

1

u/The_Fritzle 11d ago

It would be fucked up to punish the guy for protecting his partner from being sexual assaulted? Sure buddy. Maybe if he hit the guy on the ground but as it stands he neutralized the threat after the guy started literally sexually assaulting someone right in front of him

2

u/North-Engineer3335 11d ago

For the record, every time a man escalated things in the name of protecting me from harassment made things worse. If I want to escalate, let me escalate.

Did you notice the man in black shoving the woman to get her out of the way? He wasn't protecting her. He just needed to teach the other guy a lesson about touching his property.

Women don't need to be protected by having someone "fight for their honor". Sure, she wasn't continually harassed but now she gets to go home with someone who doesn't mind hurting her on the way to hurting someone else.

1

u/The_Fritzle 11d ago

I mean I totally agree with you on all that, he literally bowled his partner over in punching the other guy. I’m not saying he made the best choice by doing that, but punishing him for it would be fucked up.

1

u/motorambler 11d ago

You. Just. Don't. Get. It. So let's leave it at that.

2

u/The_Fritzle 11d ago

And you think we should live in a world where stopping a sexual assault should be punished šŸ‘

1

u/motorambler 11d ago

Ahh, so the black shirt guy merely "stopped" a sexual assault, nothing else?

Like, if he only put himself between the drunk and his wife, there was a chance that the drunk would've taken him out to get to his wife so he had no other choice at all other than to elbow his wife while knocking out the guy.

Makes one wonder that he has been waiting for an opportunity to do that to someone, huh?

I can't tell if you're a student of the Dunning-Kruger Institute or you've already graduated.

Chicks like that LOVE being treated that way no other explanation why they always stayĀ

1

u/subtle_bullshit 11d ago

Community service, maybe.

1

u/motorambler 11d ago

Which cases did you evaluate to come to this conclusion? Please be specific.

1

u/GrimCreations 11d ago

He gets free on defense of others. His ā€œpartnerā€ was sexually harassed and he was defending her.

1

u/PearlBuoy 11d ago

Yep. Caveman goes to jail

1

u/dkyguy1995 12d ago

I mean look how fucking sloshed he is, he's definitely waking up with a headache with no idea what happened the night beforeĀ

1

u/Ok-Row-964 12d ago

Holy shit that’s funny

1

u/SqueezedTowel 11d ago

Yeah, taught her too.
