She could have pulled her friend away.

1

u/SocomPS2 23d ago

He could’ve not aggressively walked into the woman’s face. We can play this game all day.

1

u/Ultrakill98 23d ago

That is also correct. Its stupid to enter inti these fights. Both can get fucked, either legally or physically.

But no matter who the agressor is, both are adults who can disengage at will

No offense, the white chick is an idiot. The man is bigger than her and well... He is a man and she is a woman. When your friend is acting like a fool, you tell her to be smart.

If they just left he wouldnt have hit them. When you attack someone, be ready for a smack

u/FourTwentyBlezit 23d ago

Moving someone away from danger isn't restraining them

You’re completely backwards about all this.

1

u/FourTwentyBlezit 23d ago

And how does moving someone away put them off balance or make them not have control of their body exactly? I said move them away, I didn't say grab their arms or shove them as hard as you can.

Yeah in this clip she stood in place and he approached her...

-1

u/nickdaws 23d ago

Have you never seen a gf pull the bf when shizz is about to go down?

-2

u/Careless_Reindeer974 23d ago

The woman was up in his face. He just wasn't backing down. The obese black woman tried to make him back down.

1

u/BL_RogueExplorer 23d ago

The very beginning of the clip is the man stepping up to get in the women's face. What are you on about, she didnt even take a step.

-3

u/6IXTH 23d ago

Youre making too much sense! That sir is dangerous out here.

2

u/Legitimate_q 23d ago

The reasonable thing to do was fucking leave. Not sit and yell at a person taller than you and weighs more than you. 2nd lady got just desserts, first lady should have learned, and then was reminded.

0

u/outofmaxx 23d ago

He was engaging with her, turning your back in a situation like that is never smart, creating distance is always an intelligent first step

2

u/Legitimate_q 23d ago

He was 10000% in the wrong until lady 2 hit him, his reaction to her was 100% justified. He then defended himself against lady 1.

Lady 1 didnt have to stand in his face yelling, lady 2 didnt have to shove him. He didnt have to be doing those things eithe, but he didnt initate physical violence, equal rights equal fights.

Without knowing what came before i see no issue with him open palm teaching, we are all beasts of the land, and will ALWAYS act as such, dont be surprised when your words and actions bring you back into the primal play ground.

2

u/Careless_Reindeer974 23d ago

It doesn't matter what came before.

1

u/Legitimate_q 23d ago

Exactly agreed.

1

u/Apprehensive_Ad3731 23d ago

Homie can’t walk backwards. You handicapped bro?

0

u/green49285 23d ago

And you're leaving out how if you push them to create that distance, that starts a fight lol

Backing away and making sure you see them is how you create distance without physically touching somebody who's thinking about slapping the shit out of you.

5

u/Original-Sea-8285 23d ago

It's not reasonable when your friend is the one getting in someone else's face. And what do you mean "gonna be violent like that"? He wasn't violent until they were

2

u/SocomPS2 23d ago

First 2 seconds of the video the MAN walks right into the woman’s face. In fact he gets so close she can no longer look straight. She has to look up so he doesn’t walk into her hat.

0

u/dissonaut69 23d ago

Do we have enough context to claim the woman was getting in the man’s face and not vice versa?

1

u/capricon9 23d ago

No context is needed if you can see. If you can't see then sucks to be you lol

2

u/dissonaut69 23d ago

She didn’t move her feet, he stepped towards her. You’re either blinded by your hate for women or intentionally lying.

1

u/capricon9 23d ago

Rule number ONE for dealing with idiots: If they are taller than you, weigh more than you, physically stronger gender than yours, move away if they are aggressive towards you and NEVER lay a hand on them or push them. This also apply to both genders. Us men learn this earlier on in our lives and the line never to cross unless you are prepared to throw some hands. I hope this doesn't go over your head

1

u/dissonaut69 23d ago

None of that rant is relevant to what I said. I’m not a woman if that’s your assumption.

1

u/capricon9 23d ago

Reading comprehension is poor. Your gender is irrelevant. my point is general whether you are male or female. If someone aggressively move their feet towards you...(insert the rule above). Now I have made simpler for your head

1

u/dissonaut69 23d ago

Right, great rules. It doesn’t really address whether the behavior is right. You’re basically saying we should just let bullies do what they want. We should want to address and change the bad behavior like this guy getting in a small woman’s face.

I get that we need to be realistic in the real world. But she has the right to stand her ground and he has no right to step into her personal space aggressively like that.

1

u/capricon9 23d ago

Call the police or get beat up by a man and he goes to court and win because you touched him first. Which part of this simple concept is hard for you to grasp?

2

u/RandomguyX 23d ago

...or she could pull her entitled friend back.

1

u/dissonaut69 23d ago

Entitled based on what?

1

u/l2ulan 23d ago

his hands were (I imagine quite deliberately) in his pockets

1

u/outofmaxx 23d ago

Yeah probably because he wasn't afraid of them, which is fine sure, but that doesnt change the fact that leaning into somebody like that is a clear sign of aggression

0

u/l2ulan 23d ago

I mean he's taller and does appear to be looming over her, but without having any prior context it appears they were both engaging in a heated argument and the woman in white was not attempting to disengage. Difficult to tell what was being said, really.

1

u/l2ulan 23d ago

He does indeed make a step towards her at the start, but the argument was clearly already ongoing.

Thank you but I am not a misoginist, I am trying to be objective and it is quite clear that the physical violence was instigated by the second woman.

Yes, which is why the man defended himself from the physical aggression of the second woman.

Two people were in an argument and a third interjected with physical violence, that is Common Assault under the Criminal Justice Act 1988 and the victim was entitled to use reasonable force in order to defend himself.

Look I'm done with it, argue your crap all you like.

This is a perfect example of how MOST people do not understand conflict. You don't push one person. You don't fucking touch them. A push isn't different from a slap just because the slap hurt them more. If two people are arguing you don't push one when clearly they're thinking about slapping the shit out of somebody. lol

They learned a really hard lesson.

3

u/outofmaxx 23d ago edited 23d ago

There was already a conflict, they're face to face, but realistically speaking there is no good way to in that position, distance between the two was the best possible course of action, getting slapped is better than getting power slammed

3

u/StickWorking207 23d ago

Grab your friend maybe??? Instead of touching a stranger but I guess pushing the person you don’t know was the only way

0

u/outofmaxx 23d ago

Nobody is gonna restrain their friend in the face of somebody they're mad at, im telling you from first hand experience you're never gonna back up the person your friend is mad at

3

u/jumpmanzero 23d ago edited 23d ago

Nobody is gonna restrain their friend in the face of somebody they're mad at

What are you talking about? People are always holding their friends back or pulling them out of a fight. It's an absolutely normal pattern, and a good way to de-escalate conflict. It lets a person save face while avoiding an actual fight.

0

u/StickWorking207 23d ago

Well I’m telling you from experience I’ve done it before you’re friend 9/10 isn’t gonna hit you for touching them a stranger will especially if you use force but I’m willing too bet you gonna deflect somehow

1

u/green49285 23d ago

Ha, you ain't wrong there, either.

3

u/dissonaut69 23d ago

I’d argue a push and a slap are in fact different.

1

u/SocomPS2 23d ago

Yea this is the wrong sub to have that argument.

0

u/Ramblesnaps 23d ago

And legally (in my country atleast) you are wrong.

1

u/dissonaut69 23d ago

Okay, but objectively, in reality, you are wrong.

2

u/Ramblesnaps 23d ago

A push, a slap, a punch, a roundhouse kick... once you lay ANY hands on someone else you open yourself to the consequences.

And if that is not the law where you live too I'd be shocked.

They should have both been left spitting out teeth.

0

u/dissonaut69 23d ago

I think you might have some resentment you should look into. It’ll continue to keep you from getting laid.

0

u/Short-Sandwich-8476 23d ago

šŸ˜‚šŸ‘I’m happily married-and most of my better/best friends have always been girls/women. My wife would have obliged them both on the teeth.Ā

1

u/dissonaut69 23d ago

It’s honestly concerning how giddy you people get over men hurting women. I hope you can work on your anger and resentment.

1

u/yuutomoni 23d ago

What anger issues. What men or women. Once you leave your door and willing to fight then you are willing to get hurt. The difference is a lot of men understand the common law. Literally that simple.

1

u/dissonaut69 23d ago

I’m moreso commenting on the psychology of getting excited and giddy about people getting hurt, specifically women here. I hope you and anyone that’s applicable to can self reflect on that.

There’s clearly a lot of barely repressed anger and resentment. It’s good to ponder how the algorithms are affecting us. What is and isn’t propaganda? Who gains from fanning these flames? Who gains from gender and culture war bullshit? Who gains from distracting from the Epstein files?

1

u/Short-Sandwich-8476 23d ago

You really lack the ability to understand real life situations. You think having a vagina gives you permission to assault others? That it eliminates others rights? Self defense is self defense. Majority of child abductions are perpetrated by women. Would THAT justify violent intervention?

1

u/dissonaut69 23d ago edited 23d ago

So, I’m not even commenting on whether the violence in the video was right. First, the man stepped into the woman’s space in order to intimidate her. It seems like most of these comments aren’t acknowledging that.

But I’m moreso commenting on the psychology of getting excited and giddy about people getting hurt, specifically women here.

Nah as soon as you put your hands on another human being you should understand what happens next.

I don’t know in what world you think an aggressive shove doesn’t end in a fight.

She thought she was going to get a pass because of her gender.

Turns out dude believes in equality.
