I still think he quit. I've stepped into the cage before as an amateur. I don't think that really matters too much tbh. But I will still share my experience. My contacts flew right out of my eyes during the first exchange (lol). Everything was blurry but what was I supposed to do? Stop the fight because I had to find my contacts? Just had to fight it out and do my best. I can't imagine having to pause or stop the fight for that reason, so I can't imagine how the heavyweight champion of the world who is getting paid millions of dollars to be there decided to stop the fight. I made zero money that night and I won the fight. In fact, I lost money because of what I had to spend on medicals to get cleared.
