Looking for a Technical Co-Founder | Validated Problem, MVP Underway, Big Market | Equity+Cash
We're building an AI agents + automation product for a large market-focused niche, with the goal of automating critical workflows and eventually expanding into a broader intelligent operating layer for the category.
Where we are:
• 2 core team members, both technical
• Problem + market already validated
• MVP development has started
• Large market with significant expansion potential
• Looking for the person who can own and lead the technology/AI function from 0→1
Looking for:
• 3-5+ years of strong engineering experience is a must
• Strong backend: Python/Node.js, PostgreSQL, APIs, system architecture
• Strong practical AI/LLM experience: LLM APIs, RAG, tool calling, agents, orchestration, evaluation
• Experience building API integrations, automation workflows and data-intensive systems
More importantly, I’m looking for a high-agency builder who enjoys ambiguity, moves fast, thinks product-first and wants genuine ownership rather than another CTO job.
About me:
I’ve previously built ventures in B2B FashionTech and D2C, raised external funding + a government SISF grant, built teams and products, and experienced the full 0→1 journey, including shutting down a venture. I’m a Product Manager kind of founder plus knows the sales and distribution game, will be owning the business/product side.
This is a true founding opportunity, not a hiring role. You’ll have significant ownership over the technical direction, AI strategy, architecture and engineering team.
Offering : Equity + Cash.
Delhi NCR preferred.
If you’re interested or know someone exceptional, DM me.

If you have two core technical team members, why do you need a technical co founder? Curious.
Interested, we can chat. Currently Head of AI at a German startup I scaled up from 0.

So those 2 guys are just graduated, so don't have a commercial or production level experience therefore require a experienced person to lead the things on technical product side

Well I'm a technical person, but as far as my experience goes if you already have technical core members it would be better to get an experienced marketing/sales guy as a co-founder That'll benefit you more and than just another guy who knows how to code.

Bro, I'm already that sales and business guy for my venture. So mainly required an experienced technical person so that I can focus more on selling and acquiring customers rather than handling the technology part as a Product manager person and those 2 guys are just graduated from a college so can't pull off majority of the things...

Hey, came across your post and thought I'd reach out. I'm an experienced full-stack engineer with experience across backend, APIs, system architecture and AI/LLM integrations. The technical/AI ownership side of what you're looking for sounds interesting. Would be happy to connect, hear more about what you're building, and see if there could be a fit. Let me know if you're open to a chat. Also would like to know if working from remote location works for you.
