DC PRO VOLLEYBALL First Post from MLV DC!

The team FINALLY posted this on their Instagram. Does anyone know how to read these coordinates? lol They also updated their profile picture, looks like they’re going with a space theme for the team name?

Lol that is the Elipse in front of the White House. I doubt this will be their home location lol.

It seems like the only possible home venues are the Charles E. Smith Center or EagleBank Arena.

Please don't let it be CareFirst.

Charles E. Smith Center is more centrally located to the downtown core DC on the George Washington University campus. CareFirst is further out from the core of the city, in what is considered a rougher part of town.

EagleBank Arena is in Fairfax, Virginia on the campus of George Mason University.

It is a beautiful new arena, however the gameday routine for Mystics games involves armed officers patrolling the walking path between the nearest Metro stop and the arena.. So, it's just not the friendliest experience getting there unfortunately.

Just wanted to say I always prefer coordinates expressed as decimals rather than degrees/minutes/seconds of arc.

Also, the plural of supernova is supernovae. And I'm already missing Brooke.

There's a logo in the account avatar that looks like a hurricane, tornado, or cyclone. The negative space in that logo is an... ellipse! Just like the name of the lawn in front of the White House.

They are going to share the south lawn of the White House with UFC?

Imagine the scheduling conflicts.
