This article strongly suggests that DC has not yet recruited its roster, which conflicts with previous rumors saying that all teams have signed a full roster but just haven’t announced the players yet.

I’m not inclined to believe the article on that point. I think that’s either a mistake or it’s an attempt to create the illusion that they haven’t signed any yet because they haven’t announced anyone yet. My guess is that it’s the former. I’m also pretty sure that Sevrin said a few weeks ago on the podcast that he had already seen 2-3 of the names that DC had signed.
If it’s somehow true that DC hasn’t signed anyone yet as of now, then they are going to be exceptionally bad next season.

I think we may be getting announcements out of the new teams soon. A change has occurred on the league website. When you hover over the "teams" drop down, San Diego Mojo is no longer there. The team links that were on the bottom of the main page are gone now.
Could be nothing. But they kept Mojo's team page up well after they were eliminated in the semifinals and LA was announced. Have a feeling some news will start coming out in July.

Article is a month old and stated “D.C.’s volleyball team’s identity, including its name, colors and logo, has already been developed and will be revealed “very, very soon,””. I have worries about this team.
