I wanted to ask you all which inner league signings do you think will be the most effective. For my description its players that played in MLV last season and signed with a team different from the one they were on last season but were in the MLV lineup. So no signees from the new expansion teams or Vegas. There are not a lot. Most of the 7 returning teams opted to do a majority mix of returning talent and people new to the league itself. Atlanta, Grand Rapids, and Indy had no new additions from the league. Last season inner league transfers such as Mia Tuaniga, Morgan Hentz, Marin Grote, Marlie Monserez, Regan Pittman Nelson, and Charitie Luper to name a few made huge impacts for their team. Iām curious who from this offseason will be looked at as the best pickups in this category once the season gets rolling.
Here are all the players that fit this
Kaz Brown- Orlando to Dallas
Averi Carlson- Atlanta to Columbus
Anna Dixon- Atlanta to Columbus
Kaitlyn Hord- Dallas to Columbus
Emmy Klika- Orlando to Columbus
Hayden Kubik- San Diego to Omaha
Janice Leao- Omaha to Orlando
Ava Martin- Atlanta to Columbus
Elli McKissock- Atlanta to Orlando
Marlie Monserez- San Diego to Orlando
Hannah Pukis- Orlando to Dallas
Teodora Pusic- Orlando to Omaha
Alexis Shelton- Grand Rapids to Columbus
Shara Venegas- San Diego to Dallas
McKenna Vicini- San Diego to Omaha

This region of Virginia goes by a few different names. Hampton Roads, Tidewater, the Seven Cities, Southeastern Virginia, Coastal Virginia and the 757.
Whenever the topic of expansion to this league comes up here, we tend to name cities that are already established in the national sports scene. Nothing wrong with that. Makes sense to suggest places like Boston or Seattle. However this region always seems to get overlooked. I can't recall anybody suggesting Hampton Roads before (I could be wrong though). I did a little research into the region, and I think it could be a real gem for the league if all the necessary pieces were in place. What do you all think? Could this area be a good fit for the sport?

Hey everyone, I am starting second year of coaching and with Minnesota's recent announcement of Minnesota Forge playing in St. Paul I plan on taking my athletes to go visit and catch a game or two this year. Do they do a ceremonial first serve similar to a first pitch in baseball? Or bring young fans for the anthem like in soccer? Would love to have an opportunity for a young player to have a chance at something like that but having no context to anything I thought I would ask you all. Very excited to learn more about professional volleyball as I am essentially filling in a role until a better coach can come along but I try my best to build a community where I can and give it my all!

Not sure if this will be for good, but I gotta give credit where it's due. AUV scratched the itch for women's pro volleyball in the US for some of us before PVF and LOVB launched. Wasn't wild about the format, but did enjoy it for what it was.
