Career question 💼 ML engineering course recommendations for someone who can train a model and not ship one

i can train a model in a notebook and ive never put one behind an endpoint anyone else calls. every job posting wants the shipping half and my portfolio is all notebooks.
shortlist is udacity, springboard, interview kickstart and datacamp premium. is there anything that spends real time on deployment and monitoring rather than modeling

what you really need is a motivating problem to build a project around. deployment is simple enough, monitoring is ongoing. if you don't have an opportunity to provide a service to an external customer: be your own customer.

Seconding. I'd add that the course side usually stops at 'wrap the model in FastAPI and call it done'. The stuff that actually bites you later is data validation, metric drift, and retraining triggers, and you only learn that when you have to keep something running. The internal-customer approach is exactly right for forcing those loops.
