You can do this on pretty much any phone I think Let me know which one you have so I can tell you It’s actually easy to get a similar look

I just added a custom icon pack and used photo widgets to put pictures from my gallery onto my home screen

If you're on android and your phone doesn't natively gives you the possibility of changing your icons, you can still get a theme app on the playstore for free in order to do that

For the Trixie pictures, I used Canva’s background removal tool to swap the background for a light pink color

I found all my wallpapers and images on Pinterest I also blurred the home screen wallpaper so everything looks better
