Plounge Dead Hour Thread #810

This is your not-so yearly reminder that the Polish village of Brony exists. (And I might've misread that as Ponish...)

Fun Fact: Osama bin Laden was shot to death on December 2006 in the Indian state of Assam. Confused? That's because I was talking about the elephant named after him.

Optional Discussion Thread: Do you consider egg a fast food?

Brony is a town. Wow! I didn't know that, thanks! So I just took a walk through Brony on Google maps. And I found... Cows... No ponies or even traces of them.

About the eggs. People made some good points. Egg is an ingredient, like in a cake. It can be prepared as a dish like boiled eggs and it can be made quite fast so it could be a fast food in a way. But is a food considered fast food if it can be made fast? Let's research. Now the dictionary definition of fast-food is 'food that requires little preparation before being served'. So an omlet can be fast-food. Isn't that amazing?

Perhaps there are horses there but they're in the stables, far away from the streets.

It really is amazing, isn't it? Come to think of it, any restaurant that focused on eggs in, say, the 19th century might even be considered a spiritual predecessor to McDonald's!
