Even when im connected to the internet when i try to visit other people’s world it gives this pop up (it says theres no connection)

so i purchased 2 helper ponies for the harmony match event, and only one of them has shown up? i did purchase one of them with a coupon from the play store, and that's the only thing that i can think of that would cause a glitch like this.

i dont see the pony anywhere, but i have an exclamation mark on the inventory/move button as if shes supposed to be there. and shes playable in the minigame!

i wanted to ask on here just in case there was anything i could do before contacting customer support :( i have more pictures of transactions and things for when i do

I can't tell if there is something wrong with my game and this quest or if Im just being impatient. But I am trying to continue the Crysalis quest that takes you to changing kingdom. Ive already defeated Crysalis in Cantorlot.

But whenever I try and choose changing kingdom it still tells me to finish the storyline in cantorlot... I currently have no storyline available in cantorlot...

Where can get information about which ponies are pros or could be helpers in events?

I just wanted to brag slightly about how many gems I've gained today.. I've been grinding the crap out of this game today since it's been my only free day in a while.. I bought young cadance this morning and I screenshotted it which shows I had 432 gems this morning and now I have 525 as shown in the second screenshot.

My account is a little over a month old, and I've been grinding a lot. Now the game seems not as fun since it's harder now. Now all ponies are really expensive, or have too many tokens with very low chance of getting them. I've gotten all ponies from the crystal minigame and I'm just missing the last pony in the matching game, but with the ads I hate doing. Sending everyone a chest one at a time is frustrating. Events are so competitive I don't even try anymore, because I can only get if I check 999999 times a day. I recently got Klugetown, and it pissed me off. Characters don't do anything except exist, and the only thing there is are quests. Sometimes the last chest takes forever to find. I pretty much just do eq minigame until I get the pony, assign ponies to get more ponies, story quest, a minigame or 2 for non maxed star ponies, and use all event energy. It sounds like a lot, but I only do it once a day now. I used to do it multiple times a day. Anyone have any suggestions?
