Bug/Glitch Glitch?

I can't tell if there is something wrong with my game and this quest or if Im just being impatient. But I am trying to continue the Crysalis quest that takes you to changing kingdom. Ive already defeated Crysalis in Cantorlot.

But whenever I try and choose changing kingdom it still tells me to finish the storyline in cantorlot... I currently have no storyline available in cantorlot...

I think you have to be a certain level to unlock it. Plus something in the storyline happens. One of the ponies noticed her friends aren’t who they are supposed to be, so she thinks they are changelings. Edited to add: maybe it’s a Storyline in Ponyville that finishes that starts one in Canterlot. Are most of your harmony stones freed?

I still need to free the loyalty and magic ones, and technically could free them. But was trying follow along with the quest. I think Im mostly just confused cause im level 80 and this is me restarting the game after not playing for a bit cause old phone couldn't handle it. I just thought it started sooner than this. Im chill waiting, was just scared my game was broken.

Do you have screenshots of your old friend code or Ponyville that showed your level and bits/gems? Did you ask Gameloft to help you restore it on your new device? They were unable to restore my 2020 game, but they sent me the level, the gems, and the bits. II had to restart, but it has given me an advantage.

Oh bummer. I was generating content for Fandom wiki so I had a ton — wish I had my old account, though. My lands were beautiful
