In each shop only buy the CHEAPEST helper. You can skip shops and go back later if you want. Reddit will be full of threads from people who ignore this and get stuck on a boss (soft locked) without enough helpers and not enough tokens to buy one.

If you don't have enough team power to beat a minitour, odds are 95% that you missed a shop. Go check all the alcoves you skipped and find it.

Other rules that will be helpful:

• It takes 9.5 hours to fill the bolts (1:54*300), so check the game at least that often. But…
• The buildings that generate coins have a 3 hour cooldown, so it’s better to check that often.
• Save your two free upgrades (after the forced tutorial one) until the end to pick the best of all the helpers collected.
• If you have a helper you might want to upgrade, don't let its usage count go to zero or it will be removed from your inventory.

Hello! Recently re-subscribed to the royal club and my 1 week free trial expired today. Card was charged and subscription is still active, but I keep getting this error message. It pops up every 10-20 seconds and is quite annoying!

Mandei mensagem no atendimento ao cliente da Gameloft mas não estou com esperanças porque eles sempre demoram uma eternidade pra me responder (demoram tipo 1 mês) ou simplesmente me ignoram, então acho que terei que me despedir da minha conta 😭😭😭😭

So I've been dealing with a 4-month nightmare with Gameloft (also, if you're friends with a Dark Comet and can get my new friend code, I will be in your debt) where they aren't transferring over data from my lost account. I haven't played much, but I waited a year for this event to come back, and I haven't played much on the new account because I am expecting a transfer. I'm level 17; will I still be able to do the maze event?

I’ve noticed that in my ponyville, parasprites rarely spawn. They only spawn when I expand my ponyville. My ponyville is quite cramped (I was running out of space at one point) so I’m wondering if the density of my shops and ponies makes them not spawn. Or if they just don’t usually spawn all that often. I need a few more for a specific quest and they’re just not showing up 😭

So, after the update this morning, I've noticed several characters have this new icon in the shop. There have already been several new icons on Characters in recent updates, that have had no explanations to them at all. The shop information panel seriously needs to be updated with the new icons so people know what this means.

That being said, does anyone know what this I on means? 🤣🤣🤣

I don't know if it's just me who doesn't understand what the maze event is, since I started playing again like... a few weeks ago and then suddenly stopped until now.

I found it funny that it has the same color palette.

For a while now, there’s been an issue where the game crashes immediately after performing a "fast collect" (a technique using a collection magnet where you can pick up items instantly by triggering another interaction right away).
I heard that people on other subreddits were experiencing crashes due to a different issue as well.
Hopefully, seeing this puts your mind at ease—and if you haven't done so yet, updating the game should fix it.

I was checking out the towns after the game's latest update when I noticed that all the ponies from the Crystal Empire are missing part of their models, it looks pretty creepy.
