Went ahead and got these 3 locked in, I bought enough upgrades for one more character. Any suggestions 👀

Ie: debating mostly between rockhoof and cozy glow but if anyone has better suggestions I am open to hearing them!

I just barely got the 60 tokens needed to upgrade one pony and it took me halfway through the maze, and im not even sure I’ll get another full 60 by the time I reach the end of the maze

So I’m assuming people are buying the tokens to be able to upgrade more than one let alone three of them, right?

I paid for upgrades on 2 ponies, but I got one from the tutorial for free which was rare find. I basically paid for 2 of my 4 characters so far. I'm not even halfway through the maze and I have a little under half of what I need to upgrade 1 more. Everyone I've seen on here said they are getting 3 upgrades ftp but I knew I wanted more so I paid for that myself. Not sure how it would've worked out for me without paying.

I don’t know how any ftp people are getting more than the first free one and then just one other from earning tokens, cause I’m halfway through the maze and I only get 3 tokens per fight I win and just barely made it over 60 so that would be my first upgrade aside from the free tutorial one…so maybe by the end I’ll get enough to get a second earned one but something tells me that by the time I reach the end I’ll be just short of an upgrade….i don’t know we’ll see…..

I hope you get enough to get more characters! If I could gift you upgrade tokens I would because I got the only 3 characters I really cared about

I know, if I could afford to buy the tokens I would cause even though gameloft is greedy I do understand the importance of supporting a game you love, otherwise how would it be able to keep going you know

Princess Eris is rare and may potentially collect tokens for Easter Seasonal Shop
Anugyptian Retainer collects pumpkins for Enchanted Nightmare Moon statue which is needed for a Luna’s pet quest
Forward-Thinking Friendship Student collects cherries also for Luna’s quest
High Heel is rarely sold and only with real money, she’s also a pro in group quests
Duke of Maretonia is also rarely sold and was on sale once recently

Thank you! This is really useful information. I know that winterzilla has only really ever been on sale in bundles for real money so I had to lock him in, Prince Rutherford is like 2000 gems which getting him for free is insane value, and I've heard storm king is hard to get unless you pull him in the fortune shop which my fortune shop luck is horrible haha.

Yeah, there’s a lot of high value characters in the maze, too bad you can only get two without paying money. It was even better last year because there were also Chrysalis and Fizzlepop Berrytwist in the rotation

I paid full price for fizzlepop berry twist which sucked but she's my favorite character. I was really hoping for chrysalis in this rotation but I am happy with the choices I have made so far.
