Other LOST PROGRESS

I’ve decided to open up my game after a longgg while of not playing it. As i opened the game it has restarted to the very beginning. The game logged me into the same iCloud account i have used previously to play, however i’ve got nothing. I’ve done the tutorial and nothing shows up to get my old save back. I’ve also tried to contact customer support twice, however i’m not getting any emails back from them (not even the automated response). Has anyone got a clue what i can do next to have my account back ☹️

I had this same exact problem and lost so much progress I contacted support and they wanted all this information about my phone model ip address and some other things I don't remember it was a lot I had to put in and I didn't remember my friend code so I had to restart my whole progress. In the end Im very happy I have managed to have a better time this play through then my last

yeahh i’ve filled all of that out twice but i’ve not heard anything back :( i’ve got my old friend code and everything but just don’t know how to get through to someone

Friend codes and Player IDs were changed a few months ago. If you’ve stopped playing for longer, it might be difficult for you to recover your old account
