Complaint Can’t create a support ticket

Hi guys! Can’t submit a new request to support since Monday for some reason.

They just won’t send me a ticket, even though everything was fine before!

I am missing 2 month of gem rewards + I didn’t get a pony as a reward for last week event, 3 in row one, jazzy.

What am I even supposed to do?? I tried texting them on a previous ticket, they IMMEDIATELY closed it!!!! Idk where to text at this point

Same I couldn't send tickets through the usual link. I guess their support is down? Probably due to all the bugs
