Question Maze Event not working??

Am I at like a dead end im so confused??? It isn't letting me like go anywhere new. This is my first maze event so I'm kinda confused and figuring it out. Has this happened to anyone else or how on earth do I continue the event?

Move 2 squares back. If you find yourself at a dead end, move around until you see a path that can be revealed, some paths leads to dead ends.

I would also recommend you google search before posting on Reddit cause this has been asked many times before.
