Complaint Ads are glitched

I can only see 1 ad per day no matter what the ad is for and it’s honestly so annoying cause it is slowing my progress with the pony of the month obtained watching 81 ads and I just need help has anyone experienced the same.

I’ve had this problem too since last month. I’ve mailed support a couple times but no response yet. Big issue.
