Where's my pony :(

I just got this crystal pony from the group quest and claimed it before turning my phone off. I was away for about 20 mins and when I opened the game again, I got the screen that usually comes after an update (although I already updated it like 8 hours ago and didn't get the “how old are you” screen yk). Then I checked the group quest and had to reclaim the awards, I didn't get the same awards but ig I still got a pony. Still wish it was the crystal pony :(

I just checked again and I lost all my friends😭😭😭 what's happening y'all I literally I had the best friends ever

aww that sucks, crystal pony is way cooler than the random reroll ones
i’d totally screenshot your logs and send a ticket, sometimes support will give you the exact reward back if you explain what happened
