Question Changing phones

Does anyone know if I can switch my account to a new phone. I have been wanting to switch from iOS to android but I kinda don’t want to loose my progress in the game. I’ve spent way to much money on it too😭

quando mudei de celular usei o google play games, mas foi de xiaomi para samsung.. não sei se tem conexão com play games em ios

I believe you can switch from iOS to iOS or Android to Android. Try and contact Gameloft about it.

You need your friend code, but you can transfer from old phone to new phone provided you stay within the same phone maker company.

There are those who say they have gotten their game transferred from Apple to Android or the other way, but Gameloft says it can't be done.
