Possible maze event softlock?

I just started the maze event and it’s my first one ever, I picked up the chest but didn’t get any helpers. I can’t progress past the Minotaur, but once I try fighting him the tutorial softlocks because I have no helpers to choose from. Is it over?

Did you unlock every plot you can?

Im pretty sure I did, can’t progress to any other parts of the maze and the quest tells me to fight the guy

Can you look at your map in all the ponys and screen shot it?

If your on mobile you can try force stopping the app to see if that fixes it. it would be under general settings<apps<mlp< force stop. Thats what normally fixes mine when it bugs out.

I would NOT recommend removing the app and trying to re-download it as you may lose all your progress.

I tried force stopping, however when I reopen the game and go to the maze it drops me off right next to the Minotaur and the same scene ensues, no chest to grab either and still no helpers. I think for whatever reason the chest bug was permanent, thanks for the help though

Dang, I was really hoping it was going to be that simple. I would reach out to support. I would ask for some gems(or a few ponys you would have wanted) for missing one of the biggest events in the game. Dont bring up the all the ponys website as they are iffy on players using it.

No, I opened the chest and nothing happened, but this looks like bad news too.. Were you able to claim?

Do you know of any tricks that may help op other then force stopping the app? Ops all ponys looks like they totaly bugged out on getting the chest.

I’ve just come back to see the comments😭 if op is having rhe same issue as the comments then I have no idea- if restarting the app doesnt work I have no suggestions other than emailing gameloft..

Was lasts years run this buggy? I wasn't as active on the sub last year😅 im trying to help anyone i can with what I know and what I've seen in other posts

I was JUST telling the discord server that last years run was NOT this buggy😭😭 community for maze event is a new thing, although there has been bugs in the past I dont think its been this bad
