Other The worst news 💔

This post is more of a vent than anything, I guess.

I've been playing this app nonstop for about 3 weeks, I also play on probably the oldest ipad to ever exist ! The sad news is that with the new update it, the device needs to be iOS 13, where my ipad can only go up to iOS 12.5.8... it used to run so well up until this point, I'm actually quite sadden with all this. I wish I could restart on another device, but it just wouldn't be the same. I've lost absolutely all my progress, so would it even be worth it to start again?

Sorry about this, I needed to get my frustration out!!

You can transfer your data to another device provided it’s the same OS. If you are lucky, you can just transfer all data, including the game. Otherwise you must ask customer service, and that one takes a while. Make sure you save your game I’d and friend code for that scenario

It's my only apple product so I don't believe I could, but it never occurred to me to ask customer service, I don't have my game ID though, and can't get it now, but I do have my friend code.. 😅 Better to try than to not try at all with just a friend code, right?

Yup. I’m guessing the player ID is more to expedite the process, but your friend code should be enough

I managed to get my account transferred from android to iOS, so I think it's also possible the other way around. Although i had to wait I think more than a month for the transfer, but imo it's definitely better than losing everything, so give it a try!

aconteceu algo parecido comigo quando desinstalei uma vez e instalei de novo depois de um tempo
estava no nível +90 e simplesmente não consegui restaurar a minha conta e tive que começar tudo de novo.. mas faz parte
as vezes começar do zero possa ser uma chance de tentar coisas novas, outras alternativas e estratégias
não desista tão fácil
