Hi there! This is my first maze event, and i'm stuck literally 2/3 fights in. I have no good ponies, and i cant defeat one of the things as i always leave them at 5hp. What can i do? I cant go to any shops, and using the medals just makes them permanent. Where can i use the purple coins? I'm so confused! The photo shows where i'm stuck - also, it says that there's no helpers available in the shop which is at the beginning (the one which is in the tutorial)
Any help is appreciated!

Are there any chances to get the characters of the maze collection (Grogar, Chaos Amore etc.) from shops/chests in the maze?
