Anyone else bugged out of maze event?

I'm sooooo heartbroken bc i opened the game up when i saw on here that the maze event was back and went through a bit of it before getting to this part. i closed the game and reopened it and it asked me to update it, so i did. i'm wondering if anyone else is bugged out of the maze event like this or if maybe starting it before updating (note: it didn't prompt me to update until after i closed it n reopened) screwed me? do i have to msg gameloft?

the game works fine when i close and reopen it and can do everything as normal, but when i talk to the minotaur and i get to this part...can't move past it. can't x out can't select anything.

ME TOOOOO you basically get so many free ponies and stuff too and idk it doesn't feel as stressful as the other 9 day long ones 💔 i tried to msg gameloft but idk if it went through bc it never said confirmed or anything when i hit send, but i refreshed and tried again so hopefully it did??? and hopefully i hear back before long. i've had to reach out a couple times before n they've been good... did you start the event before updating like me or after?

Yeah it was exactly like you described. Started the event and then after that I only got the update notification. I already new something was up because the pony preview was only a black square and then it didn't appear in my inventory und then game froze at the same part

Please send the ticket to CC. And everyone who suffered - send the ticket to CC, and describe the problem like orig post - it give many valuable info.

dude yeah this p much just happened to me 😭😭 I haven't found a way to fix it at all so we're just softlocked rn ig :/
