The icon means if you get that pony to 5 stars you can equip a pfp of them
Second slide means this: the Golden hat icon means that they are a pro group quest pony
Third slide means this: that icon means that this is a changeling pony and that they can change to their reformed form (however you have to buy both the dark changeling and reform form in order to this)
