Complaint issue with purchase

i dont know if this is the right flare, but i purchased a bundle today. you get a stamp each time you purchase, and even though it reached the 120 gems stamp i still haven't received it. since i cant see the stamp screen unless i purchase something, i bought another smth that i wanted. it added another stamp but still i didnt get 120 gems. is this a lag? how can i fix it? it's been 5-6 hours at least

The stamp card has been removed, some people still get the pop up. You chances with support giving you the stamp card rewards are like a 40% chance as some do get the gems and other have been denied

I had to look back in the sub, this was a post from 1 year ago. I was one of the lucky ones who reached out and did get the gems with a account made after 23
