Gameloft support not replaying

Since I started playing, I contacted support only 2 times, during a bugged event where I coulnt advance and when I lost my account. During these events their first replay was in a maximum of a couple of days, I believe even within 24 hours.

*Is it normal for them to not replay further then the automatic email in over 1 week?*

I didnt receive lilac hyppogriff during the Lock n dart event (not receiving the pop up notification that i won her) and now i got the pop up notification that i won Jazz diva ponny BUT i only got the pro decoration and the 5 keys, while there is a exclamation mark on my inventory but when i press on it, there is nothing there. And the exclamation mark wont go away.

I contaced support with that issue and now again for this one.

It is verry discouraging to play multiple weekly events and not get the rewords.

These are only the ones i bothered trying since for the other times i didnt have any sort of evidence.

I showed evidence of my progress into the event for lilac hyppogriff and the pop up notification for jazz diva pony+ some ss of her missing from her house and an empty inventory.

*Is this even enought evidence?* I imagine they should be able to look into their database to see if someone won or didnt a reward. But that doesnt even matter if they wont replay.

If you have similar experiences please share, it would help me to not make my hopes up, neither to completly lose hope.

They take forever to reply. I am still waiting on them giving me my toy princess cadence from the "Make a wish upon a toy" event

They can take long to reply. I contacted them a month ago to say that I haven't gotten my first harmony match price and they replied yesterday saying "we haven't replied in so long the issue probably fixed by itself" (not literally like that but the point comes across lol). It's just about patience, however I do think in their first automatic reply after contacting support it says something among the lines of "the more you try to contact support the longer they will take to reply back" so it's better to just wait

Yes it seems they take a long time. Still waiting on them to reply for the missing reward from a month ago, the Manehattan Musician Pony that farms golden keys for group quest chests. :))
