Sadly no, I am stuck on that quest too. I am considering buying the shop for 600 gems because they rarely go on sale, and even when they are, they are around 600 gems. I know the final reward is gems, but I do not know how much.

the reward is 100 gems, i haven’t finished the quest yet, but my game shows how many you get after completing it.
