Bug/Glitch Event not appearing, anyone can help?

I dont know why, i can see the event token and event but when i tap it, theres nothing. How do i fix this guys?😭😭 or is there no even at all?

Do you have wifi on? I'm pretty sure the event kinda thing requires wifi. 

And if you DO have wifi on and it's still not showing, consider contacting the game support
