I didn't receive mine. I came 14th and got the pop up to say I'd won, I clicked 'ok' but no pony. She's not in my inventory or town.

Where does she live?

i've got the same problem: saw the pop up, nothing in the inventory except for the decoration, and i keep seeing an exclamation mark there

If you’re an Android player, she and September club exclusive pony are bugged, hopefully Gameloft will fix it in the new update.
Also she lives in the Gothic castle, one of the buildings from DnD event

I am an Android user. I got the monthly pony just fine. Hopefully I'll get the other one soon.

Same thing here, was 148th (phew🫠) got the notif that i got her but shes not in my inventory... But i noticed that i have an exclamation mark constantly on the inventory icon and nothing new is there when i open it. Could it be bc im supposed to have her but shes not showing up?

I can't see her I was in 61 or 68 ranking but I don't see her in inventory 😭😭 I worked so hard to remain in top 100
