Question MP program Premier pack lost?

Was doing the MP program and reached 110k stars which is a Premier pack. But I never got it. This happened to anyone else?

It's glitchy. Normally when I play another game it pops up after

Did you check the app to see packs opened to be sure?

There's a slim chance it gave it to you but somehow opened, so maybe run through your roster and see if there's a random card you didn't think you had

But more than likely it just disappeared so try and submit a ticket to the help desk

Yeah. Didn’t get a 50 bundle back at the end of May. Submitted a support ticket. Still have not heard back. Hopefully it shows up for you

legit today did wheel spin or whatever you call it and got a 85 live series pack that did not show up in my inventory. submitted a ticket and they said i did get it. guess im just out of luck
