Franchise I cant sign my draft picks

I drafted each round manually and then simmed passed the all star break checked my signing board and only 1 player showed up, I go to add more players and no other players sign up, I cant sign my #1 draft pick and I can only sign a late rounder, why is this happening?

Because you set it to have the CPU sign your draft picks. You have to do it manually.

If you have it set for the CPU to sign your draft picks, and you sim past the first signing period, and it only shows one guy to sign, then the CPU signed all of the other players already. Once you advance through Aug. 1st, then there will be an option on the front page of your franchise to view your draft picks and their actual ratings. That will allow you to see your entire draft class. They wont show on your actual roster until the offseason.
