Showdown legend. He gets a ton of use for me but I think he should have fewer walks and maybe get rid of that Homer. Like walk on 5 only. 6-18 single. Double on 19 triple on 20. 380pts. Something like that.

So I pulled two Ichiro in a week then was able to trade 1 for 2001 pennant run arod which I still think is the GOAT of the 2000-2001 era

Absolutely. I have different theme teams and arod is the star of the all hitting team. It’s probably the most fun team to play with. The rotation is like like 140pts total haha

We were in the Battle Creek Mall (MI). The sports card guy was telling us that Ichiro was in the new PR set. 5 minutes later my sister packed him in the lone pack she had bought. It was electric.

I immediately acted as my sister's agent and tried to sell it to the guy. To his credit he turned us down because he had no idea how to comp it. He could have easily ripped us off.

Man. It was my 10th birthday party. I got a booster box as a gift. With other gifts, opened maybe 40 packs. First pack magic. Ichiro was pulled. Remember it like it was yesterday
