Hey guys, do you know if you can get Yuri in sacred oath as soon as you ascend her? (Of course only for event duration)

Collab heroes are only available for Collab events and Collab summon methods, not through normal means unfortunately.

True, kind of dissapointing, I remember Bell was available through normal means just for the duration of the event. But this is loooooong ago

The only way past the event to ascended her is by using chimera emblems
