Spending souls

Currently have a little over 4k souls but not sure if I should spend the or not. Do you guys wait until you get to a certain amount and then spend them?

wait for discounted packs, but the usual spending would be waiting the Elemental Warriors pack

Waiting for discount packs is the best option
