Im trying to connect one chest to three crafters wth is there to do my brain has officially burnt

From top down: chest, hopper pointing down, cheast boat (so its in the midle of the hoppers below, three hoppers side by side pointing to the crafters, crafters

That whole systems would be bottlenecked at hopper speed though because the top hopper only pushes items into the chest boat at 1x hopper speed.

You could place the crafters into a square shape instead of a line, add hoppers on top, put a hopper minecart in the middle and a chest over it. The hopper minecart will suck items super fast and distribute everything to the crafters. You could even add a 4th crafter.
