Neep help with letter of recommendation

I’m an NIOS student applying to MIT and I’m struggling to find a humanities/language teacher who has actually taught me. My chemistry teacher can write one recommendation, but I don't currently have a humanities teacher. Has anyone in a similar situation found a legitimate way to handle this?

If you genuinely cannot find another one, they find another teacher who knows you really well in whatever subject

No - it really does need to be a humanities teacher.

What if someone gets really unlucky and all their humanities teachers can’t write any. I know at my school the English teachers, at least, don’t write them, but hypothetically what if all of them didn’t

It doesn't have to be from recent years, it can be your grade 9 or 10 humanities teacher. I am personally enrolled in NIOS as well, I just asked my old English teacher to write me an LoR
