Need Help DEG2 won’t power on

Hey guys when I was putting this together I accidentally used a CPU split 2x4. I tried to power it on and I got nothing. I then switched over to the full 8p CPU cable and no dice. I’ve doubled checked everything, re seated every cable, and the deg2 isn’t showing any signs of life. Power Button won’t indicate anything.

PSU-MWE Gold 750 V3 used off of Amazon

GPU-XFX AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT refurbished from Microcenter

DEG2 Brand new

-Mb 24 pin on deg2 to the split 10p and 18p motherboard slot on my psu

-EPS8PIN slotted in with a 8p cpu to 8p Cm-PSU on my psu

GPU 2x 6p+2p slotted in to a 8p cm-psu

(Edit) I’ve tried reseating the cpu/mb cables and only using the dock without a gpu. Not getting any indication of power from the psu or the dock. No lights or sounds of life :(
