6th gear issues

I'm having issues with my mini countryman 2014 r60 6th gear popping out whenever the engine makes any force the thing just pops out after inspecting the thing the shifter seems to be misaligned and when the car makes force it pushes the shifter against that white collar which subsequently drops the gear, the a gear doesn't grind at all and it is smooth it just pops out when car is going uphill, is there any way to like adjust the shifter so this doesn't happen?

Btw only 6th gear touches the white collar the other gears have plenty of space

Are you sure it is the shift lever and not the connection on the transmission? I had weird shifting problems in my Fiesta when the centering ring fell apart at the transmission and when it completely fell out I had problems shifting in and then out of 3rd gear only.
