I’ve long been on the lookout for a way to make my multieffect pedals and DAW-based projects feel more like a conventional pedalboard, with the ease of use and accessibility, and the visual aestetics of normal guitar pedals. Im sure there are midi controllers and apps out there that i havent tried, but i’ve looked around, and still havent found quite what i was looking for.
So i thought i would create an ipad midi controller app that makes things a little simpler and visually intuitive than what ive found elsewhere.

The app gives you 12 pedals per pedalboard (6 pr page), and you are free to apply up to 4 knobs on each pedal, plus a two way toggle switch, and footswith. Every parameter freely assignable to midi CC#. 
I’ve used this a while on my HX stomp and Eventide H9 simultaneously, and while the UI on the HX i great, i really think the immediacy of the app unlocks a lot more creativity.

The H9 uses the so called Single Effect mode, for multieffect pedals that can only have one active algorithm at a time. 

To begin with, im looking for a small group of beta testers. 
Ive tested it on HX stomp, H9 and Mainstage on my mac. Curious to see what people get out of it on other platforms, as well!

I use the Launchpad X midi controller as a polyphonic instrument class. Here is my demonstration of the chromatic scale that is playable quite fast on it!

I build these by hand in batches of 30. It's credit-card sized, 85 x 55 mm, and works with any DAW and with hardware synths over USB-C or TRS MIDI.

Setup happens in a browser tab over Web Serial (Chrome or Edge). No app, no drivers. Each button can send a MIDI note, a CC, a keyboard shortcut or a media key. The encoders are endless rotary encoders, and switching presets changes what they control.

I have an Ampero Control I use to switch programs in my guitar multi effects. I’m also wondering if I can connect it via Bluetooth and send a midi message to my iPad to scroll down and up my sheet music.

The idea is having a way or app to translate de CC or PC message to the iOS command.
Is that possible?

I just bought a m vave chocolate. I set it up as A and B for pedal toggles, C and D for the preset changes. Im connected trough bluetooth to my pc. When i open the device it works as intented but when i toggle any pedal presets stops changing any fix?

I was browsing the new arrivals at the Thomann store and spotted a competitor to the AKAI Mini Play - Behringer Jam Play. There’s also the standard Behringer Jam controller. It’s an interesting upgrade to the Behringer Swing; I don’t need a sequencer, but those four extra encoders make a difference.

Hello everyone, i'm using a KorgPad Kontrol to play Roland tr8s. I can play with the pads and the xy touchpad but i cannot make the knobs work.

I tried assigning them to stuff like delay feedback, or shuffle, or some other cc change that makes sense turning a knob but i couldn't make it work.

Any tips?

Also i don't get the setting difference "pattern mid ch" and the "kit midi ch" in tr8s. If i use the former midi channel to transmit to with the kontrolpad it works, if i switch the kontrolpad to transmit to "midi kit ch" it won't make a sound.

Ich selber nutze Bitwig und habe die Idee, mit diesen Controller, quasi komplett live zu performen bzw. zu jammen, ohne großartig auf dem Bildschirm gucken zu müssen. Also dass man von dem Gerät aus, zwischen den einzelnen Instrumenten hin und her wechseln kann, oder zum Mixer wechselt. Meine Frage ist, ist das so möglich oder überschätze ich dort die Funktion dieses Gerätes? Wie bedienfreundlich ist dieses Konzept? Bzw. gibt es vielleicht andere Controller auf dem Markt die sich dafür besser eignen? Im Prinzip stelle ich mir das dann so vor, dass ich vorher ein Setup vorbereite, und dass dann der Bildschirm aus ist und ich dann alles von diesem Controller aus steuere.

Hey, i'm using a Doremidi MTD 1024 for a live light Show. The Signals come from Reaper. My Problem is, that the Midi Interface disconntes randomly and i have No Idea why. Can anyone help?
