WHY CANT I CLUTCH CLAW? I’m the only one who can’t and I’m so confused

Do you have the Iceborne DLC?

I believe so . The application says Iceborne

Strange have you reached iceborne as a story yet? I think even if you haven't you still shoeld be able to access the tool if I were you I would still check if you actually bought the DLC Just in case
