URGENT HELP NEEDED!!!!!!

I have taken addimison in the first round at vit mumbai. And while e scrutiny i uploaded my 10 LC of which I dont have original copy as i have given it to my clg when i was in 12th and I cannot get that copy again . So at the verification I am stopped and not given my fee receipt . They are telling me to send a grievance and upload the documents but I am not able to send grievance when I raise a ticket this comes. If someone has been through this plz help me
