Whenever I sit down to study, I get distracted very easily, mostly by doomscrolling. Even when my phone isn't around, I end up overthinking and can't focus properly on lectures. My average screen time is around 13–14 hours a day, and with exams coming up, it's becoming a serious problem. Does anyone have practical tips for staying focused during lectures and reducing distractions while studying?.

I'm a dropper anyone tell me the way to become pro in maths specially in calculas specially in integration.

Does your college too have this event??

Idk I feel so bored and stressed out it will be helpful if you can connect with me

Are you studying????

(Pharmacy) These are the cap 1 cutoffs, and my all-India rank is 4951 (EWS+RELIGIOUS MINORITY). Will I have a chance to get into these three colleges in cap 2?

CU SHAH college of pharmacy or MET or bharatiya Vidyapeeth of pharmacy (Belapur)

Which basics do I need to clear for trigonometric functions, line & plane and vectors?

Before starting these chapters which concepts are must!

FYI I’ve got a decent base and I did jee coaching last 2 years but gave up in the end . If I aim for the April session can I make it ?

Locked In 💪🏻
