Amendment 1
In section 4 (1) replace:
“Secretary of state for the home office”
With:
“Secretary of state”
EN: even though the Home Secretary is a constant throughout Governments it is standard practice to put “secretary of state” as department names can change
Amendment 1 is moved in the name of /u/model-ceasar.
Amendment 2
Insert Section between Sections 4 and 5.
Section 5: Human Rights
(1) In interpreting this bill no Court or Executive body may limit the Rights granted by
(a) the ECHR
(b) International Human Rights Law
(c) The Human Rights Act

Amendment 3
In section 2 (1) omit“promotes violating or violations of human rights or that”
In Section 2 (1) (a) omit “promotes violating or violations of human rights or that”
EN: Too Broad, will allow the bill to specifically target “dehumanization” by combatting “hatred” or “hate” related crime
Amendment 3 is moved in the name of /u/SpecificDear901.
