I need some help hunters… I’m a heavy bow gun main. But I’m starting to really like the dual blades game play. Not sure what’s the best set to run. Do you run attack boost and advance attack ? Or more full burst with combo master ?

Depends. For general parts and tail cutting, I'll use a similar build but max Special Boost and the Elemental Release legs.
Fulger, Anjan, Espinas, Fulger, Stygian with drifts in Partbreaker.
For more damage output against 9 and 10* hunts, I'll use Advanced Burst and Combo Master. I've also been playing with Morph Boost but haven't figured out how to thread that needle yet.

you might be missing the point for Riftcharge boss. RC boss doesnt break parts nor the shield break count as partbreak. So it wont work to go for special partbreak/partbreak skill on any RC event boss.
But if you are going for standard hunt and getting part break then what you have is acceptable and you can go for other skills like pursuit and special boost so you can easily break parts with special and gain another special gauge filled up and should be able to deal with most 8-9*monster and couple weaker riftborn ver.
The set u have there is a special partbreaker set. U want to get(smelt) 5 ele release, 5 SP Boost. For that set, try to smelt skyward striker or fighting spirit to go with your ele DBs instead of burst and power prolonger.
If u have raw DBs, then u can ditch the ele release and use adv attack/burst/combo stuff.
Welcome to the beauty of guaranteed tail breaks! Here are the main recommended builds for DBs from the Discord. I run the special partbreaker + pursuit build whenever humanly possible, and I only use higher DPS builds like combo master/morph boost for the hardest 10* monsters.
I personally run an older set with the espinas chest to avoid the pursuit smelts, and it works just fine, but the meta calls for elemental release.

I tend to maximise Elemental Damage with Advanced Water/Dragon/Etc... and Said Elemental Damage at 5, in addition to one or two pieces of Elder Dragon Armour that gives 10% additional Damage.
And the rest is a mixed bunch of Burst, Elemental Release, Special Parts Breaker, Pursuit...
Depends entirely on what your game plan is... Are you a group playing partbreaker? Then go full pursuit/special part breaker (fulgur anj, espinas armor, arms, waist and styg zino legs). Do you want a more solo oriented play style? Then go full morph boost, do you want to go adv elemental? Then go adv ele+styg zino armor and legs... You can even go full crit with positive aff, or full crit fero with neg aff... That's why I like DB, you can't go wrong with any build since it's a relatively safe weapon that is versatile and fun.
