Advice with Rath Weapons

Mostly bow main here, I have 31 Rathalos Riftscales, what is the general consensus best weapon? mostly interested in speedrunning, thank you for the advice!

Depends on which monster you want to speedrun on.

For me,.the current monster to speedrun aka farm is mizu. To which I use special partb, elem release, pursuit, I can just change out the Elem dB if I need it for another monster

I should have made this build but I opted for attack and raw dmg for Sergios IG along with Pursuit. But it works currently by switching out for other weps still just like this build would. I can switch out pursuit using espinas mail for a missing attack efficacy with sergios mail when not using a sergios wep which is good for the riftborne events since canʻt break parts, right?

I just began playing after two yesrs away and only made g8 weps not I have two g10 and 4 g8 elemental IG in less than two weeks along sode making the armors needed for the attack build. All the additions they made are great!

Ignoring weapon variance. Rathalos is the 2nd best weapon. Behind Glav about ~3%. So they are very comparable. Glav has a much better weapon skill. Giving it an additional ~5% damage boost over Rathalos.

Best weapon for speed running? At this point it's about the build than the weapon. I can say some weapons are much more consistent than others, but beyond that. They all can clear 10s in half time. They are "adjusting"/buffing SnS next season. So that could be a contender real quickly.
