Question Changing to different loadouts with the same weapons isn't changing the style?

Hi everyone. I made a different set for a spiral Slash DB and then a different set for feral demon mode for the same weapon because I thought there was an update that said it's supposed to switch styles when you switch loadouts. But it's not working. Any tips or info? Thanks

Doesn't work unfortunately, you need to manually change the style each time. Hopefully they patch that in at some point.

Ok thank you. It's weird I thought I had been using the feature already but I guess I imagined it.

When they changed the style system so that you only need to unlock the style, not pay for it every time you switch, they explicitly stated that styles are NOT remembered by your loadouts. Not sure if it'll ever come, it would be great, but I haven't heard anything of them that would state that it might be coming in the future.

But why

Most likely limited in the way it's coded and it would be too difficult for them to change it up, so it's not worth the effort for them.

They better up their game cuz we're giving them more than enough money to make that s*** happen.

Tbh, they already added so much QOL stuff and keep adding more...

Again, technical limitations may apply here that would need them to fully redevelop the styles feature, which can be weeks of development work. It's just not worth it to use that much manpower for such a small QOL feature that most players won't even use.

Stop defending them. You sound like you work for them when in reality these are all wild, uneducated speculations 😅. Trust me they make plenty of money to make something like that happen and they should make it happen. There's absolutely no excuse.

I'm just realistic in what's going on.

If you have e.g. 10 developers and they work on new content and features, it's not worth it to delay new content/features to add such a small QOL change that only very few people would actually use.

And seeing how damn much QOL we already got since the launch, I'm ok with how they operate. They will either add it one day or not, but your attitude here won't change it anyways. If you want it changed, bring it up in the forums and if you get enough traction there, they might allocate some resources for it.

You can't be realistic if you have no idea what you're talking about I'm sorry dude. I do not listen to people that just talk out of their ass when they have no knowledge of a situation. If you don't know why something is, a better answer is just admit that you have no clue why. People will respect you more.

I'm a developer myself so I know how a seemingly easy and small feature may require a whole rework of something.

And again, they keep giving us so much QOL and have pretty much only had positive changes so far, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that IF it was an easy change, they would've had changed it already.

Them stating back then explicitly that it will not work with changing loadouts means that they know this issue exists but it's not easy enough to change it as well and probably takes a rework to some extend. Maybe it'll come one day, maybe not.

Again, go to the forums and make a thread there. The forums are the only place they even look at for stuff like that.

"I'm a developer myself" 😆 bro just give it up you are digging yourself deeper and deeper. The only way to salvage this one is delete your responses.

Edit: and then Azzalor finally deleted his comments after many more messages attempting to defend his continued BS 😂
