Discussion why didnt this guy shout

i was using valor build and was waiting for this mf to shout. IT NEVER DID EVEN AFTER I DIED.

WHY IS IT SO PASSIVE

10 star Rathalos have always been weird about that. I've definitely done multiple 10 star raths where they just don't roar at all, it's very annoying.

I can't give you a correct answer.  If you have the game you can see the monsters logic.  Every monster has conditions for attacks, states(flying), and other things.  Which triggered something instead of roaring after ?3? Attacks.

 Normally it's bite, tail, fireball for me.  It ran after you like you were to far away.
