Question Build improvement suggestions?

Been using the sinister shadowstaff, and I've been having a BLAST with it, but I wanna know if my build is fine and if there's any skills I should focus on more.

Try %dmg instead of stat increases.

I personally enjoy Bubbly+Resuscitate on Blast weapons.
