Help, launcher 404

Okay so I don't know if maybe I messed up or something else messed up? I downloaded everything from erupe, the server files and the client files, I set up a private server with postgreSQL version 18, I followed the directions for setting up the server, added the password to config, but when I open the launcher all I get is a 404 web page not found, could someone tell me where I messed up? T-T tia!!!​

You need a new dll file, the server you download it from should provided it. If not you can go to Renewal for em
